Hacienda-inspired décor with Tiffany oil lamps, chandeliers, and full-service bar with a menu of 150 tequilas, plus Cuban cigars. Open from Tuesday to Sunday from 6:30pm to 11pm; reservations requested. Casually elegant attire recommended.
Viña del Mar
The hotel’s bustling breakfast restaurant features a brightly colored interior and pool/ocean views. Guests can be seated on one of the three levels or on the open-air outdoor terrace. Breakfast is served from a hot and cold buffet or a la carte. Traditional Japanese, American, and Mexican dishes are served fresh each day from 6:30am to noon.
